Getting startedWhat does “LegitScript certified” mean?
LegitScript is an independent organization that checks healthcare providers against strict legal, safety, and quality standards, and keeps monitoring them, including their website, advertising, and partner pharmacies. For you, it means you are receiving care from a clinic that meets top safety and quality benchmarks, with treatments guided by the latest science and best practices. Our therapies and products come from partner pharmacies that must maintain the highest standards of quality and purity testing. It also means we only offer treatments that are lawful to prescribe in the U.S. Many popular peptides sold online and at other clinics are not, and we will not offer them. Click the LegitScript seal on any page to verify our status.
Getting startedWho is VitalX for?
Usually adults in their forties through sixties who feel basically well, are not satisfied with hearing “your labs look normal,” and want to make decisions about the next twenty years using real data. It is also a good fit earlier if you have a family history you want mapped out.
Getting startedCan VitalX replace my regular doctor?
It can. Dr. Khan is board-certified in Family Medicine, and many patients use VitalX as their complete care relationship. Others keep their existing doctor and come to us for longevity testing, aesthetics, and therapies. Your records are always yours to share.
Getting startedHow long does the baseline assessment take?
Testing is usually completed across one or two visits, depending on which panels you need. Your review appointment is unhurried, and you leave with a written plan.
Insurance & membershipDoes insurance cover any of this?
A meaningful portion of preventive and diagnostic work is billable to insurance, and we are in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, TRICARE, and UnitedHealthcare. Membership covers what insurance does not, such as extended visits, long-term planning, and direct access to your physician. We put that split in writing before you commit.
Insurance & membershipDo I need a membership to be seen?
No. You can book individual visits, testing, and treatments. Membership is for people who want ongoing longevity care with scheduled re-testing and member pricing.
Insurance & membershipIs financing available?
Yes. Financing is available for many treatments, including zero-down and zero-interest options for qualified patients.
TestingWhat does the DNA test tell me?
A physician-ordered panel maps inherited risk across major systems, shows how your body processes nutrients such as vitamin D, B vitamins, caffeine, fats, and carbohydrates, and flags how you are likely to respond to common medications. It is genetic testing that guides your care. It is not gene therapy.
TestingWhat exactly is biological age?
An estimate of how well your body is functioning compared with typical results for people your age, calculated from measured biomarkers across several systems. The headline number matters less than its direction. Re-tested on a schedule, it shows whether your plan is working.
TreatmentsAre your treatments FDA approved?
We are upfront about the regulatory status of everything we offer. Where a therapy is compounded, used off-label, or supported by emerging rather than settled evidence, we tell you in writing before treatment begins, along with the alternatives.
TreatmentsWill aesthetic treatments look natural?
That is the goal. We favor gradual, conservative treatment plans that refresh how you look rather than change who you are, and we review your progress before adding more.
