Services and pricing

Services, availability, and prices may change without notice. Membership terms are provided in writing at enrollment and govern over anything shown on this site.

Memberships, billing, and cancellation

Before you enroll in a membership, you receive a written membership agreement that states the price, what is included, and how billing works. In summary:

• Monthly memberships (such as Vitality and Aesthetics) renew automatically each month, at the price in your agreement, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by calling (404) 912-9005 or emailing info@vitalxwellness.com. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your benefits continue to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. We will tell you in writing at least 30 days before any change to your membership price.
• One-time assessments (such as Baseline). If you cancel before testing begins, we refund what you paid. After testing begins, we refund the portion for services not yet performed.
• What fees cover. Membership fees are not billed to insurance, do not pay for services your insurance covers, and do not include the cost of prescription medications.

If anything in your written membership agreement differs from this summary, the agreement governs.

Prescriptions

Prescription medications are prescribed only after an evaluation by a licensed VitalX clinician, and only when clinically appropriate. We do not sell prescription medications through this website.

Results

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from any test or treatment.

Intellectual property

The VitalX name, logo, and site content belong to VitalX Wellness LLC and may not be used without permission.
