Many diagnostics are billable to insurance, and we are in network with six major carriers. Membership covers what insurance does not, such as extended visit time, long-term planning, and direct access to your physician. We separate the two in writing before you commit. Prescription medications are a separate cost and are never a condition of membership. Vitality and Aesthetics renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; see our Terms of Use for billing and cancellation.
