Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VitalX Wellness LLC (“VitalX,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. How we use and protect your health information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

This website does not require you to create an account. We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form. Your name, your phone number or email, and your message.
• The Lab sign-ups. Your email address and the treatment you asked to hear about.
• Calls, texts, and emails you send to our team.

Please do not send medical details through the website form, text, or email. Call us, or use the healow patient portal, for anything about your health.

Our web host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use information

We use what you send to reply to you, schedule care, send the updates you asked for, and operate this website. Contact form messages and Lab sign-ups are stored securely and sent to the practice email, where only VitalX staff can read them. We delete website messages once they are no longer needed. You can stop Lab updates at any time by replying to any of our emails.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not give advertisers your name, contact details, or messages.

Cookies and tracking

We use three tools to understand how people find and use this website, and whether our ads work:

• Google Analytics shows us, in total, which pages are visited, how visitors move from page to page, roughly where they are (city level), what kind of device they use, and how many people click to book, call, text, or get directions, or send a website form.
• Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who came from one of our Google ads goes on to click to book, call, or text, or sends our contact form. We use it only to measure our own ads. Remarketing and ad personalization are turned off, so your visit here is not used to show you ads elsewhere.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us where visitors click and how far they scroll, as heatmaps and recordings of page use. All text on the page, including anything typed into forms, is hidden from these recordings, and Clarity does not run on our contact page.

These tools set cookies to tell visits apart and to connect a click on one of our ads with what happens next on this website. We have turned off Google signals. We never send Google or Microsoft your name, email, phone number, or anything you type into our forms; they only learn that a form was sent. Booking happens on healow, where we do not use any of these tools.

The site also saves a few settings in your own browser, such as your shopping bag and display preference; these stay on your device and are not used for tracking. Checkout in our shop is handled by Shopify, which uses its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.

Online booking

Appointments are booked through healow, a third-party scheduling and patient portal service. Information you enter there is governed by healow’s privacy policy and protected under our obligations as your healthcare provider.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, by contacting info@vitalxwellness.com or (404) 912-9005.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
