VitalX Blueprint shows us how, so your care can be built for a longer, healthier life.
About Genetics TestingThe short version
VitalX Blueprint is our physician-ordered genetic testing. It reveals the tendencies you were born with, the things a blood test cannot show, so your care is planned around you rather than around averages.
Your physician chooses the panels that fit your history and goals, then goes through every result with you. Your genes show the tendency, your labs show what is happening now, and your plan uses both.
What VitalX Blueprint shows youChoose the panels that fit you
How your body is built to age: cellular energy, telomere length, and resilience.
Your inherited predisposition to heart disease, stroke, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
How your body handles insulin and blood sugar, and your genetic risk for type 2 diabetes.
Which nutrients and compounds your body breaks down and absorbs well, from protein, fats, and carbohydrates to caffeine, gluten, and lactose.
Your natural sleep window, how much sleep you need, and how sensitive you are to losing it.
How you are likely to respond to common medications, so prescriptions fit your genetics.
Neurocognition, mental health and behavior, and epigenetics, for a deeper look at brain health, mood, and how your genes are being expressed today.
From results to a longer, healthier lifeHow your results shape your care
Knowing your genetic tendencies lets us act early and personally, instead of guessing:
Matched to your risks, such as earlier heart or metabolic screening when your genes call for it.
The ones your body can actually absorb and use, and the ones you can skip.
Chosen and dosed with your genetics in mind.
Plans that fit how you are built.
Your physician turns your results into a written plan, then re-checks your labs over time to make sure it is working.

Questions3 common questions
Usually not. Your genes do not change, so most panels are a one-time test. Epigenetics, which reflects how your genes are being expressed, can be repeated to track change over time.
Your results are part of your medical record and protected like any other health information. They are yours to keep.
New patients can receive 15% off genetic testing they pay for themselves. The offer does not apply to tests billed to insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other government health program, and cannot be combined with other offers.
