About Massage TherapyThe short version

Massage relaxes tight muscles, eases stress, and helps you recover from training, travel, and long days at a desk.

Our licensed massage therapists adjust pressure and focus to you, and can pair massage with the rest of your care at VitalX, such as recovery after aesthetic treatments.

Our signature therapeutic massage is seventy-five unhurried minutes, combining targeted techniques with soothing, restorative movements to ease muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation. Add neuromuscular massage or LED light therapy.
